Pre-Broker License School choices.
I am considering getting my real estate license in Charlotte, NC. Is there any advantage (networking, funnel to brokerages, etc.) to taking the class with a school that only does real estate such as Superior? The other option is to take the licensing class at CPCC, which is half the price and 5 minutes from my house.

I took Pre-Licensing through Mitchell Community College in Mooresville, and Post through Canopy Real Estate Institute. I don’t think it matters too much where you choose to take the class. What matters is the work you put into it. Studying two hours outside of class for every hour in class is a general rule of thumb. Read chapters before you go through them in class and bring all your questions. Also, there is a channel on YouTube by a guy named Travis Everette who breaks it down into real-world situations and warns of common pitfalls while taking the exam. The Dearborn app has fantastic review questions, and Quizlet is also another good tool.
Good luck!
