Does anyone have any experience investing in Puerto Rico and know the laws there around real estate? Looking at possible commercial property to turn into hostel and multi family apartment building using BRRRR method. Would be partnered with a couple local there. Not sure how involved I want to be living this far. Any advice is welcome!

No different really. You just have to do your due diligence like anywhere else. PR is a US territory so its pretty much the same as in the US.
