However, your goal should be to make instructions/communications/labels/etc. clear enough so you get few calls and just a handfull of messages. 

Communication is EVERYTHING not just in multifamily but for any type of deals.

You want a platform that has built in TCPA protections as well as a multiple communication channels besides voice such as SMS and email.

No.I provide cable channels (I'm not cheap and have nice properties) and have smart TV's where they can log into any of their streaming services.
