Cable/TV service - # of receivers

My wife and I are closing on a 4 bedroom cabin in the Smoky Mountains later this week (thanks to @Avery Carl). This is our first STR and we are working on getting TV/internet set up.

My question is how many TVs in the cabin do you think we should have receivers for?  There are 2 main/family rooms with TVs and then each bedroom has a TV for a total potential of 6.  Should we have a receiver ($10 per) at every TV or are we ok to just have one in the 2 gathering rooms and then the bedrooms just have Netflix/Amazon/etc. apps.

I don't want to spend the $40/month for the bedroom receivers if it isn't necessary, but definitely will if its what guests will expect.

@Ben McCaleb A box in each bedroom and in each living area. If you find it’s not worth it (which you won’t) just send 3 boxes back to the cable company and they’ll take it off your bill.
