But for now as a total newb I am focusing all my time and energy on educating myself as much as I can before I jump into anything.

I underestimated the amount of time/energy it would take to guide 4 or 5 people, somewhat simultaneously through the whole process (financing, acquisition, education, bookkeeping, LLC, etc.).

Spend your time and energy on the people who have deals you want!

I've been wholesaling for the past couple of years and in my opinion you did dodged a bullet with passing on the guru program.

Because sometimes scarface says more than a security system.Because sometimes you have to bite the bullet and replace stuff instead of patch fixes.... 

There are many ways to get from point A to point B so I think you need to focus on how to leverage one strategy and focus all your energy on that one strategy for the next 1 to 3 years.

That saves us time and energy.

I don't know very much, but hopefully my energy and enthusiasm and willingness to do anything to succeed will offer some value.
