I  would  recommend  1) get pre approved  using whatever  scenario you want  2)  if  the  seasonal income  scenario isnt  approvable  -  obtain a  job that is more permanent   that a lender  will be able to  use for  qualifying you for a loan

And why not, he gets fat fees for selling properties to pay off debts.She has to talk to her attorney, openly and honestly, if only to avoid criminal charges, but even still, the title company won't provide clear title on the transaction until the bankruptcy is closed or there is an approval by court order.

I want to purchase this home with the mobile home, but it sounds like if I want to finance it that is not possible.It sounds like the mobile has had it's wheels removed and has skirting around it, making it "permanent".
