In terms of comp rents, this property is a little unique in that it looks more like a town home.

The guests have a wonderful experience that is unique and memorable and in turn leave raving reviews which creates a 360 win.  

I am aware of the matterport, which I would consider a bit more of a luxury than what our product would be (main difference is the 3D rendering feature) and I’ve found a few other VR resources but none seem to have the mobility part down like we do.I guess what I’m asking is: what are the gaps/voids in this technology currently?

I know there can be a ton of paperwork and logistical headache...but what the loan offers is pretty unique and seems like it could really be helpful in the right situation.Any thoughts are appreciated.
