Airbnb Property Managers Teaming With Private Chefs?

Any Airbnb property owners or managers have experience working in tandem with private chefs to offer fine dining services to tenants?   I have a chef buddy out west who has been doing this and its been a huge success. The guests have a wonderful experience that is unique and memorable and in turn leave raving reviews which creates a 360 win.   I would love to get some feedback on this idea from anyone in the Pittsburgh (I used to work at Eleven in the strip district)   or Cleveland areas.
