Help Setting Up and Optimizing Podio

I'm wanting to set up my CRM Podio to automatically send out text and email messages to leads that i've entered into the system on a scheduled response time. I've got Podio set up but also would like help getting it optimized. Who is a Podio expert or knows someone that specializes in setting up podio and the various features.
