Hey BP family! After many years of just taking an interest in real estate, I'm ready to dive in and become an investor. I'll be looking forward to reading discussions on the site and connecting with many of you. My background is in Events & Marketing in NYC. Right now I'm wondering if it's best to start in my own backyard or acquire a low cost investment out of state that I can learn from as I go.
