IF it is with KW cool and if is with EXP also cool, Just make sure it aligns with your goals and define specialty..I used to be at EXP and LOVED it and still Love it is Great in all aspects in my opinion but had to be honest with myself and make the tough call and switched to a smaller local brokerage..

I'd recommend you get well-educated on how to analyze, acquire, finance, manage, and sell MF properties, and then look for deals which are aligned with your strategic objectives.
