Hello fellow investors,

My name is Gustavo been around lots of parts of Illinois and Wisconsin area mainly Gurnee IL. Just reaching out for any helpful tips on forums, books, podcasts, etc to look into and read to help get the ball rolling with investing. Now I am fairly new and have a lot to learn but that is why I'm writing this to get to know some of you and maybe even find out some great information. I'm really interesting in wholesaling, flipping, buy and hold, and really looking to build a real estate empire both for financial and even a challenge. So please help me out!! Thanks
