We actually started using two PM companies a couple years back on all of our new purchases also, when a I previously owned property comes open, we sign that one up with the PM as well.

VA rates are FICO driven so you want to go to a bigger Bank to avoid broker fee's or a lot of Margin built into the rate to pay a loan officer's commission.You can also avoid having your credit pulled multiple times by allowing one Bank to pull the report.
