Buyer Paid Commission - first time seeing this

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone else has seen this. It's an off-market listing with a buyer paid commission of 3%. I'm guessing you can't negotiate that.

Has anyone else come across this?

Thanks.

I'd argue that the buyer always pays the commission.

Yep. Agreed. The seller is simply increasing the sales price to cover the cost of hiring a real estate agent.

You, as the buyer, are also paying the bread man's diesel fuel costs for delivery to the store. It's baked into the price of the bread.
