First Question about starting in Real Estate Investing
I am brand new to this and already have a career not in real estate. Should I get a real estate license to start investing? Will this help me navigate and understand things better, and will I get more "inside information" by being a real estate agent? Thanks!

You don't need it, but it's helpful. If you're going into investing full time having your license can keep you afloat while you purchase property. If you have a full time job I wouldn't try to juggle all three.
