Obviously you need to conduct a feasibility study to determine if demand outweighs supply. 

You should at least do the home study course before looking into this niche.The networking is great also.

I'm also going to study what to look for in a house inspection and how to estimate repairs better.

I'm considering the home study courses and or boot camps offered by both The Mobile Home Park Mastery team with Frank Rolfe and the similar courses offered by The Mobile Home Park Academy with Kevin Bupp and Charles Dehart.

I am doing as much studying as I can on my own to learn the ways of the business, but am not ashamed to say that I am ignorant at this point in time.

Could phase 1 environmental study be a deal breaker?

We've been studying for about a year and have identified the market where we'd like to invest and have also decided to focus on condos, at least for our first property or two.
