I recently read an article talking about an app with a flat fee service meant to save on commission and be a better way to purchase homes.

I've gotten to like the one at DealCheck.io, which (of course) also has an App.

I've seen these realtor apps and it mostly a mixture of both.

What is the best real estate calculator(s)- apps, online programs, computer programs, etc.?

In other words I want to know in what location people are booking their vacation stays using apps like airbb, etc. the most so that I can invest in properties in those little hotspots and rent them out.

@Jonathan Taylor Smith makes a great point, before creating our own property management company I had tenant go directly to my site and fill out detailed application at which time I would have my automailer send them to my screening site (i had them pay on my site 50$ for screening app but it only cost me 30$) but a LOT of people we rent to did not have a phone or internet so we would meet them and screen them at that time.there are other rental platforms and CRMs that are inexpensive and free that give you more control and flexibility with how to manage your rental process
