@Jonathan Taylor Smith makes a great point, before creating our own property management company I had tenant go directly to my site and fill out detailed application at which time I would have my automailer send them to my screening site (i had them pay on my site 50$ for screening app but it only cost me 30$) but a LOT of people we rent to did not have a phone or internet so we would meet them and screen them at that time.there are other rental platforms and CRMs that are inexpensive and free that give you more control and flexibility with how to manage your rental process
