Custom Rental Application on a Great Platform

I'm just a small-time landlord (20 units), and I like using Cozy.co for my application and screening, but I want to ask more questions on the applications.

I've looked into some other cloud software programs but haven't found anything that would let me customize the rental application on their platform. Maybe it's available for pay on a large scale one? Anyone have any input as I research all the options?

@Julie Marquez - My process is a bit automated in that the person is instructed to email a property specific address or text a property specific code to my phone system. In either case they'd get an auto-response with additional details on the property and a summary of my most important policies and criteria, within which they are directed to the pre-application questionnaire and asked to complete it ONLY if there are no conflicts or qualification concerns after reading those detail. This all happens BEFORE they've even had a showing of the home, so they are then directed in how to schedule a showing. Each step is designed to eliminate those who are not serious, will have policy conflicts, will not qualify or who cannot follow directions. Since I often post a video walk-through and a ton of quality pictures, I'm not willing to even conduct a showing (wasting my time) if the person is not ready, willing, and able to rent the property.

Although I am considering trying the self-showing technology on my next property, which would cause some changes to this process.
