I do like my privacy, but most things are bearable for a spell.So taking emotion out of the deal, would it be better to have: a 4 plex as an investment, and a tiny home elsewhereOr a 4 plex and live in 1 of the units?

Usually even if it has a winning bid the buyer drops out and then the bank sells it or the seller through a listing broker.Like anything it is a sales strategy that sometimes works and other times does not.I generally stay away from buying properties where there are emotional bidders involved.
