Hey gang,I have a tenant in one of my units that has an ESA (emotional support animal).

There’s money, time, emotions & pride involved which often clouds judgement.

@Alvin Sylvain I agree the emotional support animals are B.S. but they are legal and we have to abide by the law.If the animal is an ESA, you are allowed to ask if the person is disabled and what service the animal provides.

As an agent I often times refer to emotional appeal as a large factor on what drives purchase price.

Luckily 2 got back to us and 1 of them was ready to sell but emotionally was struggling to make the commitment.

- As it concerns this property, will you able to make pragmatic decisions based on facts and less on emotion (ie FOMO, worry of evictions etc)?
