In CT, there is only one program I will recommend and it is the one from CTREIA.

I’m not connected very closely with Pace, but I have a lot of friends who are who speak highly of him. 

I'd recommend checking out their Youtube videos that display walkthroughs on how to use it.

Whenever I do any google searches I don't see any rates that high.

And back when we bought REOs from banks after the 2008 crash, they wouldn’t even consider one.Of course, with such properties, I would still recommend doing an inspection, especially for new investors.
