Hello fellow real estate agents and investors,

I am in the market to purchase a customer relationship manager (CRM) platform for my growing real estate business and am curious if anyone has personalized feedback on the platform you are using/have used? I've found several helpful websites that highlight pro's and con's of the countless platforms available but value peer feedback as well.

My ideal platform would offer:

- Standard CRM features (i.e. contact management, drip campaigns, etc.)

- Integration with lead capturing platforms including websites and social media

- Workflow/transaction management systems that serve as a checklist to help you remember and organize the 5,000 different things you are working on for your various clients

- Monthly pricing in the range of $10-$60/month

Platforms such as Top Producer seem to be industry staples but there are several new(er) systems like Zoho that seem to offer interesting features as well.  Any thoughts are valued and appreciated.

I'm using Liondesk. $25.00/mo with a 30 day free trial. It's an awesome system and I'm impressed already. I'd recommend checking out their Youtube videos that display walkthroughs on how to use it.
