Is the CTREIA coaching program worth the money?

I'm ready to invest in the CTREIA coaching program.  It seems like a very beneficial program for someone like me who's new to real estate investing.  It's a large financial investment; hence I'm performing my due diligence....something every savvy investor would do before making a deal.

I would sure like to hear the experience of those who have gone through the program.  Inbox me if you'd prefer to remain anonymous.  Looking forward to hearing about your experiences.

I never heard of them and I don't know them so nothing I say here is a direct reflection of their ability to get you to be successful.

What I can say is that I understand what it takes to be successful as an investor. That said, to give you an opinion on them without knowing a thing of them wouldn't be fair but I AM very disappointed with ALL the mentors and gurus out there to pretty much know how to talk and hype you up but provide zero actual value.

What most of these "experts" do is they know how to talk to your desires. They know how to really reach you deep down where it matters and get you all pumped up convinced what you need is what they offer to be successful.

So how do you not fall for that?

Simple.

Figure out exactly what they teach you. See if what they teach you aligns with what it takes to be successful as a REI.

So...

What exactly are they teaching you?

Here is what you NEED to become succesful:

You need to know how to generate motivated seller leads... PERIOD!

If they tell you to go driving for dollars or do bandit signs or worse.. DMM just run! Don't look back and if you are stubborn and you go for it anyways because you refuse to use your own logic, then you deserve what is coming  to you! Don't get excited don't get eager, there is no such thing as the magic program!

If they don't have a great chapter in there how to generate leads,  I could never give it my seal of approval. Generating leads is the CORE of real estate investing.

It absofrigginlutely does not matter how amazing the content is. If you can not generate leads, you are stuck.

Lead generation is first and foremost. PERIOD!

So if you want a true solid evaluation of their program you need to judge it buy how efficient they are in teaching you how to generate MOTIVATED seller leads.. not just "seller leads".

Then you find the students that didn't take selfies with their paychecks. Find students that are quiet and ask them what they think. How many students do they have and how many are successful?

If they have a solid track of students making money reliably, heck yeah absolutely go for it.

But don't go for it because you already want to and you just want validation from others. THAT is dangerous!

Good luck!
