So my Upfront/out of pocket cost will be right at $16,000  +  $35,000  needed to repair/renovte it Total cost =  $50,000  ( rounded ) The ARV should come in at  $125,000 So is that  $75,000 worth of Equity in the Property, enough of a reason for them to feel comfortable in lending me the  $35,000  " against " the Property ?

Hello Bigger Pockets,I need help finding a RE agent in the MT.

I know typically a duplex is more expensive then single family homes.My question is, is it easier to get conventional financing for that types of properties because of it's potential to produce cash flow,or at last reduce what I'm paying for the expenses out of my own pocket.?
