Hello everyone, my name is Anthony! I'm from Ohio but will be moving to Ann Arbor, MI this summer as i will be attending UofM this fall. I got out of the military (9 yrs AD USCG) last spring to pursue my education. While i was in i owned real estate in jacksonville FL, which i rented for 3 years and sold last fall. I'm looking to own rentals and maybe do some fix and flips. BP has been great so far and i'm excited to keep learning!
