Shelter has always been here before us and it will be here after us, those companies in the stock market will not last forever, which investing in the stock market is speculative anyways, RE is the way to go.

And take forever to respond. lolBut this also goes for my local market.

There is lots of direct marketing businesses that have been around forever (Amway, Tupperware, Magic Chef, Mary Kay).

I have some properties that I may just hold forever and collect rent and others that I totally owner finance.  

But anyway, I'll forever be a negative advertisement for them because of that little condo that I was in contract with that I lost because they wouldnt wire the funds.Sorry if that was a bit off topic.

But, for future properties I would suggest looking into a conventional over FHA knowing that PMI is not forever on a conventional.

This is home base and aside from taxes and insurance (also optional if you're paid off and like to shoulder that kind of risk) you've not a base forever.  

Most of the younger clients I have been working with are looking to skip the "starter home" and move straight into the forever home in the best neighborhoods.

Have you ever bought a 10 lb ham, you can eat forever on that thing.

If you lose 500 a month for the next forever number of months that is still a bad option if the value doesn’t go up.
