The punch list is taking forever to finish! 

From what I have researched they seem legitimate but the person I am working with is flakey, takes forever to answer questions so I thought I would see if anyone else had experience with this lender.  

What is the service life on this piece of equipment.If it has capacitors the service life could be 10 years, or they may have a service life of more than that, but they don't live forever (what about repairs?).

This was the BEST scenario I could've asked for as a new agent and I am forever grateful for the experience.

It hurts the tenants ability to find another rental, nobody wins, and it takes forever costing you money. 

That was the right move for us at the time, but let me tell you, boy oh boy does it hurt every time I realize i sold a 3 bed 2.5bath home in dublin schools that I bought for under $200K...its the one that got away and honestly will haunt me forever...or until i go back and get it again...but seriously find a way to keep that thing fo the long term especially with that rate. 

As I reside in Palm Bay, Florida, approximately three hours away from the property in Jacksonville, Florida, I'd be forever grateful for any recommendations for local professionals who can bring my vision to life.

This is not going to be our “forever” home since we do want a family, so do keep in mind that eventually we want to list it up as a rental property or sell it if we have to.
