List of people with self directed IRA's

For years I always wanted to figure out a way to contact people with self directed IRA's. I find the info very challenging to get. I know for a fact that I have ran across folks with money sitting in one that they never put to use, or have not put it to use in a long time. They are just paying annual servicing fees and not getting any return. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN I FIND A LIST OF THESE PEOPLE!
