We have begun much of the initial research including marketing demographics, state licensing requirements, Federal filing through the TTB, cost of equipment, etc.

Since I am currently very busy with work, school, putting together my marketing strats, applying for jobs so I have one after i graduate, analyzing markets in eastern TN and eastern KY I have not yet begun advertising on these sites.

listen to many podcast, tons of post and have just begun to scratch the surface.

We have lives, families, organizations we volunteer for, paying customers to talk to, and basically better things to do with our time.

It's very organic when done consistently.

As to the clubs, when it is Rush Hour it takes me over an hour to get to some, but wouldn't you do that if you knew there was a deal, private lender, traditional lender, wholesale buyers, etc at those organizations?

A few hard money lenders, an investor friendly title company, a realty office with some investment properties to name a few.Once the meeting started they talked about various things going on with the organization, workshops coming up, sales numbers for the market, etc.
