READY FIRE oh and aim!!
Hello again my BP'ers. I wanted to start a thread of my real estate journey. Please forgive me for my english it deff was not my best subject in school. Okay so i have been self educating myself for about 2 years now (BP a few low cost guru courses and a bunch of books. Shout out to @jscott rehab book! So i linked up with @jerrypuckett (hope im doing this tagging think correctly)a few months ago to get my marketing kicked off. We started off my 5 month absentee owner direct mail campaign about 12 days and i want to share everything with BP. I am very grateful for all the wisdom i have gained from this site! So i got a local service to answer all my calls to make sure they dont go to vm. I am very happy to share that the first lead i got from my letters was a deal that i was able to talk with the homeowner that seemed to be a motivated seller. I scheduled a visit of the property and was able to get it under contract. I am now in the process of trying to wholesale it for a few weeks and if that does not fetch what i am looking for i am going to be doing a rehab on it. I have had around 6 or 7 calls with only 3 callers leaving their information for me to call them back. Thats all i really have for my first post.
