We are from out of state, and have two young children (one school aged, one toddler).

I always dreamed of having the opportunity to work alongside one of my children, and that dream became a reality not long ago.

I worked at Merrill Lynch for almost 8 years and have been home with my three children for 5 years.

As @Guy Gimenez stated, the regulations vary from state to state, but generally speaking a lead-based paint survey is an important part of due diligence, especially if you are going to have young children in the building.  

Yeah, I kid you not, CHILDREN selling how they can make you rich in real estate, just follow their wisdom......... 

It is near Nationwide Children's Hospital and I think it is a super solid long term location to buy. 

I don't ask for children's ss numbers.
