Situated on lake with a 1/2 acre.Scope of Work will consist of cosmetic improvements to include the following: painting of interior/exterior, power washing, cutting of lake grass, upgrading bathrooms, new kitchen appliances as the kitchen cabinets are in great condition, upgrading of electrical outlets, installing of new lighting fixtures, cleaning of tile flooring and etc.

A tile job in the bathroom and kitchen of property#2 was “the worst I’ve ever seen” (quote from contractor), is now a safety hazard (broken and cracked tiles) and is letting water leak into the basement from the upstairs bathroom (estimated $4000 repair bill).

If it's in a bathroom, it's probably more likely caused by the tenant failing to properly ventilate.Educate yourself on mold.
