Duplex with bathrooms in common area
Hey all,
I own a duplex where the 2 bathrooms are in a common area that can be accessed by either unit. One is upstairs just outside of the units entrance and the other on the first level. Both bathrooms can be locked from the inside.
I was wondering if it is legal to rent this as a duplex or if it needs to be a single family? It's in Ohio.
Thank you!
Mike
