Hello everyone, new to the group.

I work with a small investment group in Monmouth county and I'm very interested in investing in Newark, thought this would be a great way to learn the area as well as give some value to the BP community.

I would consider myself on complete introvert and in the past I completely avoided any type of event that would require me speaking in front of a group or being around people I don't know.

The deposit and first month's rent was paid on her behalf by a church group, so she's not out anything so to speak for leaving. 

My question is: I obviously can't go driving for dollars, put up bandit signs or join a REIA networking group just yet without being there physically but what are some things I can do now while I am waiting to get out there to start marketing and generating leads?
