Happy New Year everybody! 

This is Jonathan Moses and i'm a licensed home inspector in addition to being an investor. I'm running a promo now thru Feb, $325 for a home inspection with Radon within the Newark City Limits. I work with a small investment group in Monmouth county and I'm very interested in investing in Newark, thought this would be a great way to learn the area as well as give some value to the BP community. Man I hope this post doesn't get flagged.
