You can always say that the information came from public records; you can then say you have helped a lot of people with their unwanted property.

I'm still a bit wary about using them because I don't want to attract any unwanted attention.

Just connect with an investor friendly agent and reciprocate by referring unwanted leads to them when it's appropriate.

Some people are just not cut out to be landlords....others inherited an unwanted piece of property.Base your list on your budget.

I'm usually a thank you for calling me I'll be glad to take you off the list if you don't really want to be on it, and by your calling me you will save me money on postage and you won't have to receive any more unwanted mail, so again let me thank you for taking the time to call  me, so if I could have the address you want removed from the list I will do it right away.

The OP's post was about stopping unwanted mail.The opposite problem is not getting certain mail because it's being stolen by crooks, which is why I'm in the process of signing up for Informed Delivery.

Everything unwanted becomes junk.
