Hey Victoria, it sounds like you and your husband have a solid grasp on what it takes to flip and most importantly remodel a home (the costs, materials, time lines etc...) which is a huge part of being successful in this business.

Which brings me to political sciences, which would include all degrees, but with a governmental twist so that our system could operate without having politicians either come from or go to wall street so that law makers could grasp economic, industrial and corporate functions without having to be connected to them.
