Hi everyone. I’m new to the site and new to investing. My goal is to own & hold multi-unit properties. I've been in the remodeling business as a Kitchen & Bath designer for the last 10 years. During this time I have also served as project manager of many of my remodeling projects. My thought is to use this experience to flip properties as a stepping stone to owning.

I've read the “Beginners Guide” and have been listening to a few podcast. The podcast are GREAT!!! But my problem is that since I found this site – about two weeks ago - I’ve only been able to listen to 2 or 3 of them. But I've listen to them each 2 or 3 times!!!! There’s so much great information in them I can’t seem to grasp it all the first time. Anyone else having this issue??

Anyways, I plan on learning a lot more not just from the wealth of information posted on the site, but from the all the experienced people here. If you’re from the South Jersey/Philly area, please reach out.

@Robert Kramer I'm also new to the site and looking to do work in SJ. Feel free to contact me if you need some wholesale properties! Best of luck!
