I got off course after a couple deals fell through and thought I would try some other things to build capital (which did pan out as well as I hoped ((shiny object syndrome)) Anyway I was more focusing on business things and not real estate.

Anyways... there will always be the shiny object syndrome that will make you want to go from one place to another.. but once you settle on one, then begin connecting with people that know and invest in the area. i.e Lee has been very open with resources, and so many others are as well.

I'm considering another offer closer to $200k ($210k max, but I feel that may be a bit high).I like the deal and I like the area (my kid plays soccer at a field within walking distance from the property), but this being my first recent deal, I just wanted to make sure I don't have "must buy something now syndrome", but also not being too cautious.
