Morning, Afternoon, Evening. i just got signed on to this website and I been looking at all the forums and different things. Everything seems to be old and not updated. So I'm a little concerned like is this not a good idea to do?  I been looking into the Wholesales and Flipping but I'm lost and a little scared. I don't have much cash to invest, but with all the things i been reading, it gives off mixed feelings with what to do here. So my question is, is there someone out there that is willing to give me some insight on where to get started at? What to do and what not to do? What to read and where to go for extra guidance. I work in Finance now, but looking to make extra cash from time to time.
