Morning Bp,I've been pulling probate leads for about a year now and I have not had any luck.What kind of wording are you all using that has been successful.How often are you sending mailers.What's working?

For the past 12 years I've split my time between traveling, leading trips for an active travel company, and spending winters in Chapel Hill, NC. 

I've spent the last several years conceptualizing on getting into real estate... reading a ton of books, got my real estate broker license, tripped up on trying to be a retail broker and an engineer for a brief episode, looked at properties and got paralysed in the analysis... and this time it's different.

I'm pretty sure no one wakes up in the morning and says "ok so today,  I'm going to present the crappiest deal possible and try to get away with it".  

@Michael Walker It may not all come together from one trip the courthouse.If you are committed to this business, then it was just an unsuccessful expedition.

If it stimulates us, gives us a reson for gettin up in the morning, and we are contributing to the grater cause the real question is . . .

I'll have to set my alarm to play the Eye of the Tiger every morning to get my mind right :)
