Hi All, 

I stumbled along the BiggerPockets Podcast one week ago and am blown away by what I've found. This is a truly amazing resource!

For the past 12 years I've split my time between traveling, leading trips for an active travel company, and spending winters in Chapel Hill, NC. 

Recently, my business partner and I started a landscape design business based in the Triangle, which I now devote most of my time to. 

Neither of us have experience in real estate but are eager to begin investing soon. 

We'd like to get our start in multi-family buy-and-hold properties, and even though Raleigh is currently home for us both, we're open to investing out-of-town.
