One clarification though, here I almost never see the HOA name additional junior mortgage holders as defendants, just no value to them, so they don't get extinguished.

Eventually, I want to get into commercial real estate (I have specific plans and would really want to have a mentor to help me when ready).I also want to start a non-profit helping (educating) low-income families on how they can own their own home and how to become their own boss - in real estate.I have plans to make a difference in someone's life, my life...my family's life.Thanks for listening!

The more REI I do, the more I've come to believe you have to jump start your success by networking with folks doing the same thing (REIAs and BP and else where), hire mentors and coaches, buy training systems.
