Well, it seems I've changed directions and I'm a licensed agent now and I just signed up to be coached by Tom Ferry's team.

(Hoa disclosure in Vegas versus lead paint/asbestos warning on the old cabin.) fidelity title in NV and Edina Realty Title in MN each charged $500 for their work (which they would have charged with a realtor.) other than that I paid prorated property taxes and less than $100 for misc shipping (I was out of state.)I can’t believe someone hasn’t started a website/company that does this for $500 or $1,000 plus fees already.
