Real Estate Syndications

Happy Saturday and first of the month to all! I have a friend who isn't on biggerpockets (yet) He asked me about real estate syndications and I'm not very familiar with how to get one started from the ground level. Is there any good books or people to listen to on that subject?

He basically wants to start a S-Corporation in hopes of doing a 506B to help get into the larger multifamily deals. That's about all I know, any help would be greatly appreciated

@Evan Westerman

Try googling Michael Blank’s Dealmaker or Think Multifamily. Both are good resources.

If your friend needs help getting started, send me a DM.
