@Bryan Reid  I'd shy away from adding any comments on any application form that could come back to haunt you.. only notation I would ever put would be on separate paper with declined and copy of deny letter to applicant.

Another thing you hear all the time that "Midwest properties don't appreciate" but as BP member Michael "Swanny" Swan has mentioned on his recent episode , his Ohio properties have appreciated pretty significantly. https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/biggerpoc...I have also seem that many other parts of the rust belt have appreciated as well.

@Bryan Richardson   The ONLY time we ever pay utility Section 8 or NON, is if it is a double with a common water meter which is about 60% of the time in Indianapolis.
