Next the best way to become the # wholesaler is to create a website, and force leads to find you online when they need to sell or buy.

For the last 13 years I was either in the Air Force or working for a defense contracting company.

Sometimes the government also expands flood zone designations to areas that likely won't flood in order to force more homeowners to buy flood insurance, thus spreading out the government's risk and replenishing flood insurance funds (or so I've been told).

We're looking for C or better neighborhoods.  

And too many people accept that instead of forcing the city to FIGURE IT OUT.

If I haven't found the client a home that they are pleased with and we are still in the home search phase I would rather release them from the agreement than to force them to proceed with me.

However, upon terminating the company we were forced to pay them 2 months of management fee just to have the leave.
