20 year property manager handling family acquired and rehabilitated single family homes and small (under 25 units) apartment buildings. I started with 3 flips and then rehab and rent so we now have 32 units in Douglas County, Oregon. We recently started restoring a historic home built in 1888.
I am currently positioning myself to purchase 4 unit property by the end of the year. I do have knowledge the RE industry. I used to be a Mortgage Consultant in 2008 and I have been in various areas of the Mortgage Industry for the last 10 years.
