Rick H.I've contacted Tax & Title Services in the past and after they gave me their sales pitch, they asked what state, I told them and they said sorry we can't help you.Here, you get the deed 1-3 months after the sale, and you can sell anytime after that but in order for the buyer to get title insurance you need either a quit claim deed or a quiet title action.

I just got hooked on the podcasts and listen to them while driving...lots of useful information.IMO, the local REIAs are good to network but usually have a "guru" trying to pitch their products/services/affiliations...at least that is my experience in my local area.I've considered starting my own local group to network and roundtable discuss ideas/deals/etc... and no "gurus" allowed :)

i have been listening to him also, and at the end of his free course he offers 10 more ways to advertise, create a lead list, etc....Kinda disappointed... because I felt the whole free course was just a climax to the sales pitch.
