I'm getting my degree in portfolio management and work as business efficiency and strategy consultant, but I have no hands-on experience in real estate. 

Also it's a 4th degree crime doing work unlicensed. moral of the story what works in Nepa is not relevant to NJ, Minnesota or probably any other state.

I first became aware of real estate when I read Rich dad Poor dad and realized that there was a path to wealth that didn’t require a college degree.

Or you live in it a few years longer until the Market gets back to another High and not worry about the  endless Tenant problems and take your Degree in whatever you studied and just keep working at a JOB.

Upon completing my undergraduate degree I will be pursuing my Masters in Taxation in addition to sitting for the CPA examination.

Why aren't more individuals looking to do deals away from the comfort of their home- if a property is cash flowing, makes money, and is appreciating- What's the issue.We were all afraid to get into this business to some degree but once we start to get comfortable to many people are stuck in their comfortable bubble and won't step out to try and better themselves.

Value add vs turn key require a different degree of involvement.

I realize when typing and not talking it could sound as if I’m being arrogant but that’s not the truth but years of research, study, zeroing in on a major problem, and degrees in the subject matter thats beginning to rock the world of real estate in general.
